Positive: Great location, clean, spacious apartment with great view of Theatro Massimo. Bed comfortable.
Negative: Directions for finding the apartment were poor, and even when we were in the piazza it was not easy to find the building. Gianni was very helpful and came outside to take us in. Later when looking at the main entrance door there is no indication that Palermo Massimo is within. The apartment would benefit from more soft chairs in the lounge area and a coffee table to improve the sense of comfort. Information in the apartment regarding use of facilities such as the hob would be helpful.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay in Palermo and the apartment overall was good.
