Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'schoolies week' period. it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period, please note that this property has a strict 'no party policy'. failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made, all guests must sign the property's terms of stay, between the 28th april 2025 and the 14th september 2025, some of the windows in the building are being replaced. there will be minimal disruption to guests during this time as the units that are having the widows replaced will not be available to book. there will be some noise, but this will be limited to 8.00am -4.00pm mon-fri only. there will be workers on site and some scaffolding to the side of the building. they will be working only on one level of the building at a time. if you do make a booking during this time, your ocean views will not be disrupted, please note the car park maximum height is 6.2 feetplease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Positive: Staff were nice and friendly. Pool, parking and location great. Kitchen was brilliant, large and well equipped. I managed to bake and decorate a wedding cake for 115 people. Nice bathrooms. Lovely view.
Negative: Bedrooms a bit dated and plug sockets in random locations. One behind a sliding door to the en suite.
