We manage the property for the owners. We are very responsive via messaging and are available via phone in an emergency.
It's only a short walk (two blocks) to Lewis-Clark State College, close to walking trails and parks, and less than 35 miles to both the University of Idaho and Washington State University.
Costco and Walmart are both just across the bridge, less than a 5-minute drive.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please let us know your approximate times for planning purposes. Late check-ins are fine, but please be quiet if arriving after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. You may smoke outside, in front only.
