The Accommodation
From outside Ugh, from inside Hui ... graffiti everywhere you look. The contrasts are clearly noticeable, not for nothing that the southern part is decried as a living alternative scene quarter.
The property is fairly new, only a few years ago the house was completely renovated. With kitchen and bathroom it uses about 50 square meters, so that two people can live in it well.
Access for guests
The apartment is located on the ground floor just behind the front door, so you are spared the tedious climbing stairs.
Access to the courtyard is possible here bicycles or other two-legged companions can be parked.
The apartment has a total area of approximately 86 square meters, two of the rooms were once originally intended as practice rooms and are blocked. But you must, more than half of the apartment use.

The location is ideal, because the main station and city center can be easily reached on foot. Near the apartment there are two grocery stores "Nahkauf" and "net", but also numerous other small shops selling local specialties. Especially for exhibition and concert goers the apartment is not far from the convention center and the Black Forest Hall, so that urgent inquiries can be answered.
