Positive: We loved that there was a usable kitchen with real kitchen knives, pans, pot, dinner ware. There was a grill. Plenty of space. Beautiful porch view. We launch our SUP with no problem. Good set up of our family of 4. So much better than a hotel !

Negative: A step between the front bedroom (by front door) wood floor and the concrete floor would be nice.
