Cross the street and youโre on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. Youโll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirรณs international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Spend evenings relaxing on the comfortable L-shape sofa with built-in power outlet and USB ports plus a Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies and shows. This living room is a converted exterior patio, so you can choose to have the doors open to the bedroom or close them and draw the curtains for additional privacy. The bedroom has a new queen mattress (June 2022), a Smart TV and a closet with plenty of clothes storage and a safe. The bathroom sits at the end of a short hallway and has a large shower stall.From inside the unit, you have a door that accesses your private rooftop terrace. This space has stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, the tropical mountainside and Playas del Coco. There is a covered pergola area to provide shade and shelter from any passing rain. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable sitting area, lounge chairs, a gas BBQ, and beautiful live-edge dining table with seating for 2. Gaze at the ocean or spot howler monkeys on the mountainside during the day, watch the sunset and gaze at the stars.The condo has a private, stacked washer & dryer just outside the main entry and is equipped with all linens including beach towels, bath towels, and bedding. There is super fast wifi throughout the condo with 100MB download speeds and wifi access in the common pool areas.!!!NOTE!!! This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building with no elevator. To get this view, you have to climb some stairs (68 of them) so this condo is no recommended for guests with mobility limitations.
