Spacious Living Area: Sun-drenched and stylish, the living room features floor-to-ceiling windows framing the magnificent ocean view. It’s furnished with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and tasteful decor.
Cozy Coffee and Conversation Area: Adjacent to the kitchen is my favorite room in the house. It has 4 swivel, comfy chairs and a spacious window seat.
Gourmet Kitchen: A chef's dream, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, and a large island.
Butler Pantry and Bar: A separate space for all your groceries and supplies to keep kitchen and living room clutter free.
Dining Area: Separate dining area is located between the first and second floors with a wall of windows to enjoy nightly sunset dinners.
Additional Living Room: There is a second living room nestled between the 4 downstairs bedrooms. It has comfy seating and a large flat screen smart tv.
