Beautifully and seamlessly enlarged to create a generous open kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space, and a wonderful den/rec room with gorgeous ocean views. Mid Level: The spacious kitchen features ceramic tile flooring and plenty of work space including 2 islands, one with a second sink and the other with bar seating, promoting an easy mix of meal preparation and relaxed conversation. The table in the adjacent dining area seats 10. The adjoining sitting area has juniper paneled walls, a wall mural which echoes the owners' lighthouse collection, comfortable seating, a TV/DVD, a CD/Stereo, and access to the oceanfront deck which leads to the hot tub and private beach walkway with numerous built-in benches and dune deck. There are 2 King main bedrooms, a room with 2 Singles, a room with a DuoBunk and a Single, 2 full hall baths, and the laundry. All bedrooms have tvs and 3 have ceiling fans.
Top Level: The large window-lined den/rec room has a roomy mini kitchen with full fridge and island bar seating, a foosball table, a table and 4 chairs that's perfect for playing cards or a board game, plenty of comfortable seating for watching a movie on the HDTV/DVD, a queen sofa bed, and an iPod docking station with CD/radio for listening to your favorite tunes. Enjoy the magnificent ocean views while sunning on the deck outside.
