Unit #11 has been fully remodeled and updated by a licensed general contractor. All new ceilings (including hurricane clips, insulation, wood and sheet rock) and six new light fixtures were installed in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway, and the sheet rock in many of the walls and other ceilings was replaced. New floors were installed throughout the condo, and 10 brand new top-quality floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors were installed in the living room, dining room and hallway areas, as well as a new set of sliding glass doors in the master bedroom. Five brand new sky lights, and new hardy board siding surrounding each sky light, were also installed in the kitchen area, and an 80-gallon hot water heater, a new garbage disposal unit, and a new, high-tech Samsung washer and dryer were installed in this unit. For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed under the kitchen sink that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc., as well as HARD-WIRED smoke detectors that have battery back-ups.
