Positive: The place was well kept, the room was clean and communication via text was clear and information provided was good

Negative: The main window on the living area had no blind just a light lace curtain. No privacy from the shared courtyard area. Or insulation from the cold. While the revers cycle air conditioner kept the main room warm, the bedroom was cold. Bedding was inadequate for this time of year. Just one small blanket in the cupboard. Should have been a Donna on the main bed in a Donna cover. Do not use them without a cover, not good Hygiene. Hot water is an on-demand system. The kitchen tap refused to provide hot water no matter how long we ran it, shower and bathroom sink worked fine. Noticed this building was different to the others being a light frame Fibro construct, all other buildings were brick and mostly empty. Also not everyone is comfortable using an electric blanket, we would still use it short term and turn it off after warming the bed. But not enough covers to keep the bed warm anyway. We slept in our track pants and hoodies to stay warm

Summary: Miserable, Lucky we only had booked the one night
