Positive: This was a great value compared to hotels and there was lots of space. It was also really clean and had all the necessities. Close to some good restaurant options and the beach. It's a bit bare bones, but it's a cute little house.
Negative: Appreciated the garage but as other reviews stated, it is SMALL. I rented a Jetta and there were maybe 2 inches of clearance between the front and back combined, so when parking I had to hop out of the car several times to check the spacing behind and in front before closing the door. Dryer can't be opened/used when the car is in the garage and you can't walk around the car. This didn't end up being a huge issue for me, but it was more difficult than I was expecting. It could be a frustrating experience if you're renting a car and end up with a model that won't fit. It was a little odd to me that I had to deal with the trash and recycling bins during this stay. When I arrived for check in, there were three full, heavy bins completely blocking the garage so I had to find a place to park, move them, move the car into the garage, and then move the bins back. I messaged the homeowners and they came quickly to move them to a better spot for me, which I appreciated (becasue I wasn't sure where to put them that they wouldn't be in the way for myself or someone else). I preemtively messaged to ask where I should put them after the garbage truck came the next day, but I never heard back. So in the morning, I had to again go out and move them in order to get out of the garage. Garbage truck comes on Monday mornings, so this probably isn't an issue for most travelers.
