Positive: The staff at the check-in desk were very helpful when we arrived for a last-minute check-in — a pleasant and smooth experience.

Negative: Check-out was handled by a rather disengaged member of staff. To make matters worse, a simple coffee to go was not available — quite remarkable for a hotel. On top of that, the price paid was far too high for what the hotel had to offer.
