Summary: This was our first try at being snowbirds and our first time using VRBO. It was a very good experience. The property's amenities were great and as advertised. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom were in one part of the rental while the other two bedrooms and bathroom were in the other part by the kitchen. The second bathroom was connected to one of the bedrooms creating a second ensuite. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was an outside area with a pergola, table, and chairs. In addition, the rental was behind a security fence, there was a garage available and a carport. The property is located just a couple blocks from a park that connects to miles of multiuse trails. We only had one reason to contact the owner, and she replied quickly and solved the problem.
