Welcome to Tranquility Palms, your private and luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bath pool home with no rear neighbors and only 2.5 miles from Disney World. From the moment you enter this tastefully decorated vacation home, you will feel welcomed at your home away from home. This newly remodeled home features new ceramic tile and vinyl plank flooring, granite counters and stainless appliances. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD player, new mattresses, and bedding.
There is a Master bedroom with ensuite bath, a Guest bedroom with ensuite bath, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a guest bedroom with twin bunk beds. Living room includes a 50โ flat screen TV with plenty of seating for all. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will need with a breakfast bar and dining table for your family. The home comes with free wireless internet, cable TV, and free phone service within the Continental US/Canada.
After a day at the park, you, your friends, and family will want to relax in our newly resurfaced pool with no rear neighbors and optional heat, per your request at $35.00 per day. The entire deck is screen enclosed, complete with chaise-loungers and a dining table. Beach towels are provided. Take advantage of the privacy in the lanai and eat at the new patio table with seating for 6. This is a perfect spot to enjoy the Florida sun to relax and let the stress of everyday life fade away.
There is also a game room for your leisure time at the house which includes a basketball pop-a-shot, Pacman arcade game, air hockey table, Wii game system, 50โ tv and board games for the family. The games room has a separate AC system to ensure your enjoyment.
This villa is so close to the Disney parks that you could return for lunch and refresh with a swim or nap before returning to the parks for more fun. All other major parks, shopping, attractions, and the airport are nearby. You are also located about an hour and a quarter drive to either coast which gives you access to other attractions such as Busch Gardens, Cape Canaveral and the beautiful Florida beaches and coastlines.
The clubhouse in this gated community offers a pool table, ping pong, a 58-seat private cinema, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped exercise room, and newly remodeled Sundry shop with Tiki Bar. There are also tennis courts, beach volleyball and basketball courts just steps away from our Villa.
Whether you are in Florida for the attractions or simply to relax, this is the perfect location. The home is furnished to a high standard with your every comfort in mind. The villa is professionally maintained throughout and you have access to 24/7 assistance from us as your local Management Company.
Please note the parking of RVโs or trailers is prohibited in the resort. Also, there is no smoking or Vaping (owner has severe asthma) and there are no Pets allowed in this home.
