Welcome to the south shore of Leech Lake. This immaculate home sits above the lake with beautiful views. A very short walk or ride to the common swimming beach and recreation area offers sandy swimming and a boat lift (coming soon) for your boat. Great location near famous Trappers Landing and the gorgeous Whipholt beach area. Whether you are ice fishing, snowmobiling, biking, swimming or fishing you will be centrally located with this 4 bedroom 2 bath home.
The Space:
The main level features a master bedroom with King bed and lake views. The main level second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Main level full bathroom and a large kitchen and living area along with a gas fireplace. Beautiful lakeside screened-in porch with patio furniture for your relaxation. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Large family room and full bath along with full laundry facilities. Walk out to the fire pit in the backyard. (provide your own firewood) Wifi and smart TVs are on site for your use. There are a variety of games and also a beach cart to wheel your beach supplies to the lake. The common beach area is a perfect sand for swimming. There is a boat lift for your boat at the common dock for 2023. This lift should fit most common fishing or fish/ski boats. It is not made for wake boats or pontoons. This home has a specific boat slip that goes with it. You are not to tie up or beach your boat in this area, it only can be put on the boat lift. There are some floaties noodles and swim goggles for your use. Trapper's landing is nearby and offers boat access, a bar, and a restaurant (check for times open). This is centrally located between Walker and Longville with all the shopping and dining features you are looking for. Come and visit! There is a charcoal grill for your use, please bring your own charcoal. Front door does have a ring doorbell.
