Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Well located, close to te metro and at walking distance with beautiful Stephanie area, with nice shops and supermarkets.

Negative: The building lacks maintenance from years, so stairs and elevator are quite creepy. The studio itself is quite nice even if it would require some deep cleaning: sofa is full of stains and unusable, rug is so filthy and stinky that I had to roll it up. The studio would also require maintenance: the socket by the bed is hanging out of the wall. The walls are thin so you can hear neighbours talking. I had to wash kitchen tools before using them.
