It can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary.Indoor layoutEntering the villa and as you go through the hallway there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms are with 2 single beds which can be converted to a king size bed and the other two are with a king zise bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a Jacuzzi bath. Then there is a hall with a sofa and office desk.After the hall there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 55" HDTV and Playstation 5. An impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor terrace, garden and pool. Next to the open plan living room area there is a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances with a dining table.The villa has an ecological under-floor cooling system throughout the house which can make the whole house cool faster than any air condition. Also because of the stone made construction the house can keep the same temperature both day and night.Outdoor areaThe beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.More specifically our outdoor facilities include:?- 50 sq. m ecological infinity heated swimming pool with child pool. The pool is ecological and it can also be heated upon request, with an additional daily charge.
