Summary: Overall this unit is a great deal! Newer building with everything you need to make you feel at home. A few repairs are needed… some damage to walls, bathroom door doesn’t close/latch properly, elevator code never works and the traffic noise here is a bit much! You’re right on a busy road with heavy traffic from 6am to 11pm. Fire station is close as well so expect to hear the sirens often. This condo is a short drive or uber ride to downtown and East Nashville! The place itself was clean, and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. We didn’t use the washer or dryer but everything else works as it should. Neighbors upstairs are a bit loud but expected some noise since this is a middle level unit. As long as road noise doesn’t bother you and you’re ok with the area I would definitely recommend this place!
