LARGE LIVING ROOM
Sit and relax together on our giant movie room couch and enjoy the 65-inch smart TV hooked up with Netflix or simply just grab one of our comfy floor pillows and enjoy each otherโs company by the fireplace, tell stories and enjoy laughs amongst you most loved ones.
MODERN KITCHEN
All the appliances youโll need to prepare and cook delicious meals during your stay are here. Thereโs plenty of storage space in the cupboards and the large fridge freezer to ensure all your favorite foods can be kept fresh until you need them ensuring cooking delicious dinners and other meals is an enjoyable experience. Of course, thereโs a coffee maker too so you can start each day of your stay the tasty way.
SEPARATE DINING ROOM
Planning a dinner for all guests, maybe to celebrate a special family occasion? The separate dining room gives you all a great space to gather together around a table for a home cooked meal. And when youโve cleared all the plates away, the space makes for a great place to enjoy card or board games
3 BEDROOMS
All three bedrooms offer guests gloriously comfortable beds to sleep in, so youโre sure to be able to rest after a busy day and get yourself ready for whatever youโve planned for tomorrow. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor, with the third on the top floor offering loft-style living. This is reached by a feature spiral staircase and the space has a living area with couch that offers guests somewhere quiet to escape to right at the top of the house. A fourth sleeping option is available in the game room, a pull-out queen bed that sleeps another two!
2.5 x BATHROOMS
There are to full sized bathrooms located on the 2nd floor with complimenting half bath room down on the first floor. All three bathrooms have been upgraded with a modern touch. We supply top quality toiletries and towels for all guests to use during your stay.
GAMES ROOM
Thereโs plenty to do inside this 3 floor ski townhouse at nights and during those days you want to stay inside or just sit up by the fireplace. Luxury shuffle board and foosball table wonโt disappoint and are sure to keep the kids and big kids entertained. Also in here, a pull-out queen bed that sleeps another two. Kids will almost certainly love sleeping in this room, surrounded by all those games!
Itโs also worth noting that the whole property is served by the strongest wifi in the area - 70MBPS downloading and 7 for uploading. So streaming, downloading, and live gaming is quick and easy. As is staying in touch with friends and family back home.
OUTSIDE SPACE
You get a private deck space and two small balconies on the second floor, plus access to facilities on the resort. To use the resort amenities (pool/gym/basketball/etc) you will need to purchase a spa pass from Minerals (the spa) which is within easy walking distance of the property. Please note that depending on when you visit, there may be new rules to follow due to COVID-19. Your hosts are not liable for anyone in your group being denied access to these facilities.

YOUR AVAILABILITY / GUEST ACCESS
This 3-bed, 3-floor Crystal Springs house is a smart home. Entry is via a key-less system to make checking in and out extra easy and socially distanced. Your hosts manage several properties in the complex, so have experience at welcoming guests from all over the world. They will be on-hand to offer assistance as and when you need it.
