Positive: The staff were all very friendly and considering our Italian isn’t very good they was able to accompany us
Negative: As with booking any standard room I’m not expecting to have anything special in our rooms but with being on the ground floor we could hear noise all the time from outside the room which although I can understand some level of noise, it was as if people was talking directly in our room. The shower was another issue, the design looks cool but practicality it flooded the bathroom even when using the smaller shower head. Few stains on the quilt but nothing too serious that made us question
