Positive: Good location, spacious apartment, wonderful bathrooms and nice spa downstairs

Negative: The mattresses are foam and need replacing. You can feel the shape of other bodies in them. We all slept poorly as a result. The fire alarm went off at 7am and all the guests stood around for 30 min in the cold while a woman ran around trying to turn it off. No explanation or apology offered to the guests. You have to give a 100 euro deposit per person in cash day of arrival and only get it back by bank transfer 10 days after you leave.
