Summary: Had a completely satisfactory stay in late July 2026. Room (High Rocks category) was clean and nicely designed and had a good view of the mountains. Fridge was unfortunately not cold enough. Pool area was not in perfect condition, but did its job. Got crowded during late afternoon. Outdoor pool was warm, probably around 30 degrees Celcius. Outdoor whirlpool was working and had a nice temperature, probably 38 degrees. Indoor pool area was ok. Breakfast was great with everything that we needed. Not everything is in perfect condition, e.g. deck chairs, and I agree with the other reviews that a more personal experience would be a nice touch, although the staff is perfectly competent as is. All in all, I think the hotel is on par with a 4-star resort, but there is room for improvement.
