Modern and functional apartment in a picturesque and quiet environment. A few kilometers from the airport and only 8 minutes drive from the city of Chania while one can access local markets, restaurants and super market in about 5 minutes by car.
Outside has an independent courtyard and a veranda with a view to the sea and the mountains, while a comfortable lounge with a sofa and a kitchen with all the facilities as well as a double bedroom can accommodate you.
The space
The apartment is the ground floor and independent part of a double house located on a plot of three acres. In the courtyard the visitor enjoys the natural scenery, the view of the mountain and the sea and the tranquility of the privileged location that is without being far from the town, shops and beaches of the area. In the bedroom there is a double bed, two big bedside tables and a baby cot is available if there is a baby. The living room is spacious enough to accommodate a modern dining room with 4 chairs and sofa bed. There is also a TV 47 that is connected to an Android media player for extra digital facilities (email check, information, games, etc.). The kitchen area is quite stylish, it is single with the living room and has a kitchenette with an oven, a large fridge and a dishwasher. It is recommended to rent a car for comfortable transportation and for any information we will be available after we live with our family upstairs.
