MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor has 3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a crib. It also offers an open concept living room next to the fully equipped kitchen & 2 bathrooms.
BASEMENT
There are 2 bedrooms in the beautifully renovated and bright basement. There is a 3rd renovated bathroom, 2nd fully equipped kitchen, 2nd living space & 2nd laundry unit.

*POOL/JACUZZI SPA DETAILS (PLEASE READ)*
โ—† Heated Pool is open June 1 - Oct 1. Jacuzzi is open ALL YEAR.
โ—† The Jacuzzi Spa is NOT stand alone. It is connected to the pool and waterfalls into the pool (as shown in the photos). Therefore, during the summer when both the pool and jacuzzi are open, the temperature of the Jacuzzi and pool are exactly the same (85 ยฐF).
During the winter when the pool is closed, the jacuzzi is heated to 100 ยฐF. Unlike many other properties, we do NOT charge to heat the pool. This is included in the rental rate.
โ—† The Pool is cleaned precisely every Monday & Friday morning by our Groundskeeper.

โ—† Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times when inside or near the pool.
โ—† No diving. Since the pool is shallow, diving may cause injury.
โ—† The pool mechanical room is off limits

We keep things simple & easy. We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list prior to check-out.
