BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms on the second floor. The main bedroom has a king size Helix mattress, down comforter, and blackout curtains for a cozy night sleep. Third bedroom on the third floor loft with a full size Ikea Friheten sleeper sofa mattress, plush mattress topper, down comforter, and a full bathroom with a shower. Bathrooms are stocked with linens/towels, toiletries, hairdryers, iron, and clothing steamer.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Lower level patio with dining seating for 4, gravity chair recliner, and a natural gas BBQ grill. Third floor patio that overlooks the Foothills with a sectional sofa, arm chairs, an electric fire place, and a cantilever umbrella.
