Positive: The host was very precise with the instructions and did not hesitate to answer all of our questions before, during and after our stay. He even received us before the agreed check-in time. The location is the best (it's literally next to the Miyana mall, and you actually have a door that take you there from the building, so just get to the lobby and walk to the plaza, where you can find every thing you need). The place was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, there is a fridge a stove, a microwave, purified water, washing and drying machines, a hair dryer, an iron, a flat screen with Netflix, free WiFi, free dedicated parking inside the building, wonderful view, access to the pool and it was a very quiet place. We will definitely use it again. Tip: ask for Pedro Salazar, he was super kind and very effective in our requests and answering our questions, he will definitely help you get the most out of your stay. Oh, ps: the building is 10 minutes walking from the Soumaya Museum, the Inbursa Aquarium and more.
Negative: There is a Gym in the building but we did not have access to it, though with plenty of things to do around, this wasn't really an issue.
Summary: The place simply exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The host Pedro Salazar was the best.
