Positive: The staff, especially muharem, were very friendly and considerate. I was traveling on my own and I felt is there were any problems they would be there for me! Thanks! Room was just what I needed, quiet, perfect location for touring and also bus back to airport!

Negative: Can't really complain. Good value for money.
