โ—‹ If items are left behind after a stay the Guest will need to arrange with the Host to collect them within 14-days of the Guests checkout date. If shipping is required a fee of $50 plus postage will be charged prior to the items being shipped
โ—‹ Electrical breaker is last resort. Do not try to fix or troubleshoot any issues with plumbing, appliances or electrical. Do not touch unless instructed otherwise.

Summary: While I only stayed a couple of nights, this place was great for my working meetings. The check in process was seamless, and the communication was always quick and responsive. The place itself is chic, was very clean and had everything I needed to make it a good trip. The only down side is the air circulation of the unit. While it was cool and rainy outside, the temperature of the unit itself was around 24 and stuffy. The AC unit, which was in the bedroom, was too noisy to have on during the night. There was a fan provided that helped marginally. Even having the patio door open for the whole day did little to cool the place down, and keeping the windows open wasn't really an option given that the blinds need to cover the entire window of people can see right in. Glad I wasn't staying during the summer.
