Positive: This is a beautifully decorated comfortable home! The view of the canal and wildlife are spectacular. The owner has furnished the home and outfitted the kitchen perfectly suited to a variety of guest's needs. She also went out of her way to quickly resolve a problem we had when checking in. We all agreed that it was the best booking.com home we've ever stayed in. Stocked with plenty of soaps and detergents, although we did need to supplement the paper products. The furniture is comfortable and in great shape,especially the beds. Very importantly, it was so close to Walmart and Aldi for groceries and only about 15 minutes to great little coffee shops and walks on Cocoa Beach. The outside table was perfect for playing games and having meals.
Negative: I noticed that other guests mentioned this, but a bathroom in place of the large closet would be a tremendous improvement. The hall bathroom basically needs to service 6 of the 8 guests,since you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom. The kitchen sink has a bad smell. We tried putting a lemon through the sink disposal, to no avail. We had a problem finding places to hang our towels. There weren't enough racks and hooks for the 8 of us. And finally, the large living room area rug is a little dirty and old.
