Summary: communication was great. we encountered a mishap once we arrived with the conditions of our room, it was promptly corrected but let us feeling a bit dissatisfied. walking distance from/to the main areas/locations. establishment states luggage can be stored, but it felt a bit sketchy leaving them on the bottom area of the building. no bathroom available if needed - to change -if arriving prior to checking in time
