Summary: The snow that blocked the pathway was not shoveled until two days after our arrival. It was dangerous and a liability. In addition, there were no instructions for how to turn on the fireplace so we had to have maintenance come to show us how to do it. Finally, despite our multiple attempts to call reception after arriving to our unit, no one ever answered. We had to wait until the following day.
