Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and there was secure parking available. At check-out, one of the staff members met us at the gate, and we ended up having such a lovely chat that we all completely forgot I still had to pay! I only realized this about 20 km into our trip. Since we were traveling without cellphone roaming, I could not contact them immediately to explain my accidental “dine and dash” moment. They were extremely kind and sent me a very polite message once they realized the oversight. As soon as we had a stable connection, payment was made. I really appreciated their patience, humor, and understanding of the situation!

Negative: There was an issue with the bedside lights. When I switched them on, sparks came from the connection, which was a bit concerning at first. After checking, I noticed that the connection between the two bedside lights had been secured with insulation tape that had come loose. I mentioned it to the staff the following morning, and I am confident they will have it fixed promptly.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay with friendly staff. A memorable and enjoyable experience overall!
