Positive: The property itself is beautiful. The building was being painted while we were there. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and our room was upgraded to a partial ocean view. We enjoyed the views and balcony. The room was tastefully decorated. The hooks to hang wet items and sitting bench were a welcomed added touch that should be in every room. The pools are well maintained and the servers are very attentive. The towels at the pool were readily available and very soft. Property sits right on the boardwalk and beach.
Negative: You can hear everything that’s happening upstairs above you and out in the hall-something made a noise from above all night. We had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep. We were on the 17th floor with only one floor above. If you check in late-there are no food options on the property after 11pm on weeknights and 12am on the weekends. We had to door dash food when we got there late. All guests have to pay for the wave surfer, it should be included for guests as it sits on the boardwalk and attracts walk ins.
