This unique property located near Historic downtown Manitou Springs. Shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Pikes Peak, the Cog-railroad, the Manitou Incline, Penny Arcade and many other family-friendly activities are within walking distance.. This apartment is in the middle of all that Manitou Springs has to offer! It feels like urban downtown and outdoor living all in one!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids)

Summary: Very conveniently located in downtown Manitou Springs. We enjoyed all the Halloween decorations by the merchants and enjoyed seeing Batman ride by on his motorcycle. We flew into Albuquerque, New Mexico from Fairhope, AL. We reserved a Nissan Rogue, but when we arrived
