Positive: This was the 5th times we stayed at this Hotel and a lot have changed, for good and also some things that defintely needs improvements. The cleaning staff was very kind and they had eye for every detail. Very Good wifi/ internet connection btw Their restaurant have a very good service. They have one of the most deliciuos passion fruit cheesecakes and the berries cheesecake as well 😍😍😍
Negative: We booked this hotel months ago while it still had breakfast included. When we arrived, this was not included anymore which was very dissapointing. We booked especially the biggest room but didn't get it. Unfortunately it was under maintenance when we asked to change our room. The fridges wasn't stocked the same as before. Back then we had plenty of options to choose what we would like to drink, but now it was totally different. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner and soap are not available like before, we only got 2 handsoap.
Summary: Nice stay but needs improvents ( A lot have changed)
