Notre maison lumineuse (exposée Sud), spacieuse et fonctionnelle est située à Monterblanc (56) à 15min en voiture du centre ville de Vannes (son centre ville historique, ses remparts et son port) et à 10 min de la gare. A proximité du Golfe du Morbihan !
A proximité de Ploêrmel (Forêt de Brocéliande, Merlin, Lancelot du Lac ...)
Les plages sont proches, à environ 20 min en voiture (Presqu'île de Rhuys , Quiberon, Carnac etc..)
D’une surface de 120m2 , composée au Rez de chaussée d’une grande pièce à vivre de 40m2 avec cuisine ouverte aménagée et équipée, TV, Wifi, une chambre parentale avec salle de bain (douche) et lit de 2 personnes (140x200), un WC et un cellier avec machine à laver et sèche linge.
A l’étage : 2 chambres d’enfants avec lits de 90x190 ET 140x190, WC, salle bain avec baignoire et un bureau (espace privé non accessible lors des échanges). Plus possibilité de lit bébé.
Vous pourrez profiter aussi de notre terrasse de 50m2 exposée plein sud (avec table et chaises, 2 transats, barbecue à charbon et plancha gaz) qui donne sur un jardin sécurisé pour les enfants car entièrement clos.
La maison est située à 2km du bourg de Monterblanc où vous trouverez une boulangerie ainsi qu’une supérette.
Le quartier est calme et à proximité immédiate d’un axe rejoignant Vannes.
Sur le terrain avoisinant, il y a des moutons, biquettes, oies et poules pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants!
Néo, le chat de la famille (sociable et habitué aux enfants) sera à nourrir.
