Positive: The apartment was perfect for my 8 day stay. Pictures were accurate. The location was good, close to the Sagrada Familia and a metro station. While I did not use the kitchen much, it seemed to be well equipped. The bathroom and shower were a good size. I was traveling solo but it would be a great size for a couple or small family. The outdoor patio was also nice to have. Bonus for having a washing machine as well. The bed was comfortable, more on the firm side, but that was ok by me. I liked the keyless entry. Some had commented that they found it confusing but I did not. One thing to note, when you click on the link you will see 2 key/lock buttons on your phone. You do not push them (as I originally tried), you need to touch and slide to the right. Keys are provided in the unit and I used those for the rest of the stay. Overall, I would recommend this place.
Negative: The only thing, and others have commented as well, this is not a sound proof building. You will definitely hear people as they go through the halls, talk, dogs barking etc. More so during the day then at night. I am used to this, so was not bothered at all by it but if you are more sensitive to noise, could be an issue.
