Summary: Despite the hotel being fabulous in its design, theme and great natural hot spring location. But it is old and requires major renovation and service enhancement. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to try and help but they were overwhelmed with limited resources. The pool was very hot to get into and shortage of towels. Kids play area very dirty.
