Positive: Close to the beach, great sea view from the room, good breakfast with variety of fruit options.

Negative: The hotel is nowhere near a five start hotel. It fails to deliver the mail thing - a good night’s sleep. In addition it is extremely weird that during check-in one is given a long printed list of how much different items in the room cost (tv remote control, duvet cover, towels, tea cup etc). And upon check-out you are not allowed to leave before the staff have gone to check the room. This was poorly disguised as “we need to check you did not leave anything in the safe”.
