Recently renovated from top to bottom, with all new furnishings and contents, this villa offers a queen size bed, a bathroom with large shower, a fully equipped and renovated kitchen with full size oven, cooktop, and microwave, indoor dining table for two, large flat screen TV, and cozy seating area. The main living areas offer island and bay views. The private balcony has an outdoor dining table for two and two chairs for relaxing and enjoying the views. Parking is near the entrance to the building. The lobby, activities center and laundry facility are a short walk away. The restaurants and lower and middle pools are also nearby. This villa can accommodate 2 adults comfortably. Parking is just outside the building.
