To the left of the entrance there is a living room separated by a curtain where there is a sofa that can become a double bed and from there you access a small service kitchen overlooking the swimming pool fully equipped with all appliances, ideal for preparing snacks. and aperitifs. The lakefront part of this floor is the large living room with marble floors, an antique decorative stone fireplace and an antique wooden ceiling. From the living room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the islands. Also on this floor there is on one side the seating area with satellite TV and on the other the dining area with a large table.
