Built on two levels, a large bright living space including a superb American kitchen fully equipped, two lounge areas with 360 ยฐ views and direct access to the pool and the terraces and gardens of the villa. It also has a cinema room with a cellar and a tasting area.
It is equipped with an underfloor air conditioning and heating system for optimal comfort.
The villa is south facing allowing sunshine throughout the day. The infinity pool offers a breathtaking view of the bay, secured by an alarm system for children, it can be heated up to 28 ยฐ on request in summer. It is surrounded by a large terrace with lounge areas and barbecue.
