With a beautiful view of the Mookerplas and located in a wooded area, this Houseboat is a wonderful holiday accommodation. The Houseboat has the same comforts as a boat, but you cannot sail with it, and it stays in the same place during your stay. Enjoying a wonderful holiday will certainly succeed in this accommodation. This Houseboat is the ultimate experience on the water in both winter and summer. From the terrace (with swimming ladder) of your own Houseboat you can dive directly into the clear lake for a nice swim or to enjoy the beautiful view. This lovely accommodation also has a roof terrace which can be reached via a staircase on the outside. On this terrace you can sit freely on the luxurious sofas and bucket seats with a fantastic view over the lake. The terrace has artificial grass and a parasol. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a table with a view of the bank through the large windows. Parking is possible in the nearby car park. It is about a 5 minute walk from there to the houseboat. Luggage carts are available. From the living room you walk out onto the terrace where you can sit comfortably on the water on two comfortable sofas and a table. The open kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with a hob, coffee maker (Senseo), refrigerator and kettle. The house has two bedrooms and is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. The first bedroom has a double box-spring bed (160x200cm) with two separate single duvets and pillows. A bunk bed with two single beds (80x200cm) can be found in the second bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space when more than 4 people are staying in the accommodation. The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, sink, electric heating, hair dryer and shower cabin with glass sliding walls. The fully insulated Houseboat is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. From now on, a Barrel Sauna with Dome can be rented at Marina Mookerplas with a spectacular view of the Mookerplas, which can be booked per hour throughout the year for guests staying in the Houseboats. The sauna is suitable for 1-6 people, bookable from €37.50. Do you like to be found in and on the water? Or do you like to walk in nature or do you like to make trips in the area? Then you have come to the right place at Marina Mookerplas in the summer, but also in the winter! Your own 'private lake' is right outside the door and fishing is also possible from your own terrace.
