This luxury home built in 2007 has been completely updated in 2017 with additional improvements in 2020 , new hardwood flooring, fresh paint, electric car charger, wood tile floors, added on-suite bathrooms, updated kitchen with new appliances , granite counter tops and all new furniture. The new work outdoors is exquisite including all new patio furniture, new hot tub, patio with outdoor fire place and outdoor shower.
The inside of the home is very spacious, main level has fully stocked kitchen with a magnificent view, large table seats 10 with additional seating in the Bar or at kitchen counter. Bar/sun room area has seating for 7 with a high def flat screen tv for game days. Master suite has large bathroom with soaking tub, double vanity and beautiful tile shower, king size bed and daybed, perfect for families with little ones. Top floor is a two bedroom suite with on-suite bathrooms and a privacy door at hallway access point, loft with spectacular mountain view and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The basement is completely finished with tile floors, stained wood trim, wet bar ,beverage frig, microwave, two bedroom suite, large full bathroom with double vanity, nice tile shower, large sectional sofa with 60” flat screen for movie night, pool table, Foosball table and multi-game retro arcade console, your kids are going to love it. Basement has spectacular mountain view and walks out to the beautiful patio and yard with hot tub and fire pit. Large spacious main level deck has amazing view of Lake Lure and the mountains including Chimney Rock. Community has private pier with lake access, just drive or walk around two blocks to enjoy the waters of Lake Lure. Let the kids swim, fish or take your boat out for a ride on this beautiful lake. Parking is available at the pier for your trailer along with wet slips (boat launch not available at this pier but very close by). You can rent a boat and have it delivered to our pier then keep it at our our neighborhood pier to use and store during your stay.
The home is large enough for the big family vacation and cozy enough for the three or four couple weekend. All three levels are set up for privacy and comfort while enjoying your family vacation.
Parking is no problem, large driveway connects to over sized two car garage with electric car charger, additional parking available behind the home.
