Use the elevator to access the private pool and spa level of a split-level home designed by an acclaimed Honolulu Architect. The rental living area is approximately 6,500 sf. The top-level is may be used as an office or bedroom boasting floor-to-ceiling walls of glass opening to a private balcony featuring jetliner views of the city and ocean. The split level below the two-car garage is where the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom are located. The lower Pool level consists of three bedrooms and two large restrooms. All restrooms are equipped with bidet toilets. There is also a large bonus entertainment room with access to spa amenities consisting of an indoor whirlpool, steam room, dry sauna, and restroom. Space opens out to an infinity edgeless saltwater heated pool with an outdoor whirlpool and barbecue area. Swim in a one-of-a-kind fiber optic-lit pool bottom simulating shimmering stars as you overlook the city lights of Honolulu. Improve your circulation by relaxing in the dry sauna or steam room.
