Summary: September 25th to October 5 stay. I was in town for work. The property appears to be a high quality full renovation of a historical commercial/industrial building in downtown Memphis. The location certainly could not be better. Some commenters have mentioned street noise, and of course there is some. But people who understand downtown locations will not regret this choice - it is a city dwelling with expected city attractions (including street life). I have stayed a few places in Memphis. I would say this is certainly the best value proposition I have found. It's an authentically great condo at an obviously unbeatable price point.
