3 Bedroom House in L'Ile-Rousse, Monticello
A renovated family house located in a residential area above Ile-Rousse, 5 minutes by car from the city centre.
Only the top is habitable, and it has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds often designed for children.
We have installed a sofa bed in the veranda which can also accommodate 2 additional people. It can be completely closed and isolated from the living room for privacy.
The large living room houses the renovated and fully equipped kitchen, which will allow you to cook small dishes if you wish.
The dishwasher will be there to help you spend less time in the kitchen!
The comfortable lounge is equipped with television and Internet.
In 2018, we also installed air conditioning in all rooms.
The greatest asset of this house is the garden with its century-old olive tree which houses a large table to share aperitifs and meals with the whole family! There is a charcoal barbecue that will be perfect for summer evenings! And of course, we haven't forgotten the children, because there is a swing, lots of space to play and the garden is completely closed which is reassuring with the road, even if there isn't much traffic. To enjoy the sun, there are deckchairs and an outdoor shower is installed at the corner of the garden which is very practical when you come back from the beach!
The novelty of the district is that they have opened a bakery (very good), at the intersection which is 5 minutes walk from the house!
In Corsica, especially in Balagne, the beaches are magnificent and we are lucky to have one of the most beautiful at 300m because there is a walking path behind the house that allows you to go down to the beach in less than 10min by foot.
We have a cleaning option of 120 euros which is not invoiced at the time of booking but on site. This one is optional, however we are a small family that manages this house and we need the house to be in a correct state even with the household option.
If you decide not to take it, you must return the house perfectly clean, if not, unfortunately we will debit an amount from your deposit to cover the extra time spent cleaning.
