Los Arcos is a traditional Spanish styled villa with gorgeous valley views, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, summer kitchen and 2 terraces. The villa is situated 15 minutes drive from both Javea and Denia with everything they have to offer a family summer vacation. You arrive at the villa where there is ample parking for 3 cars, up a short flight of stairs to the main terrace. The terrace is split into 3 areas towards the rear behind the pool is a summer kitchen and bar area equipped with fridge, gas BBQ, sink with a small dining table and bar stools in the shade. A great area that will certainly be the centre of the food and drink activities on your vacation. Next to the summer kitchen is a shaded area with enough space for 2 sun loungers or chairs providing shade from the midday sun, reading a book or a great shaded area for the children to play. The pool is a modern design with fountain and plenty of space for the sun worshippers.Moving towards the front of the villa across the terrace is a dining table for 8 and outdoor seating with coffee table for 5 people. heading into the villa you arrive in the spacious dining / living room with seating for 6 in front of the flat screen TV which has UK TV channels and the large wood burner and fire place ideal for winter bookings. The dining inside the property is for 6 people and is an attractive addition to the open plan living dining area. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with breakfast bar for 4 people, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the equipment a modern kitchen could need. Adjacent to the kitchen is an office table and work space for guests who need to keep in touch with the work business even when on vacation. You move up a flight of stairs to the "tower bedroom" which is perfectly set up with 2 single beds for older children over the age of 10 years. This is the only bedroom without air-conditioning.On the other side of the living room is a short passageway to the other 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The bedrooms are made up of a large master bedroom with en-suite walk in shower room, flat screen TV hot and cold air-conditioning. The other 2 bedrooms are a twin and double with use of the shared family bathroom and both benefiting from hot and cold air-conditioning.The villa is available for a group of 8 people but no more than 6 adults over the age of 16 years due to the size of the tower bedroom.Directly across the road is a tennis court which is available for hire from Estrella Lodge and tennis rackets are provided free of charge at the villa form guest use.Golf: Within 5 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. We can assist with bookings and the villa is a perfect place for a group of golfers to use as a base. Within a 30 miinute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants.
