Positive: The location is very good because the loft is near the beach and not far from the oldtown. We stayed here for a week in February and we didn't need a car to see Fano. Of course February is not the beach time but we enjoyed the afternoon walks here. There is a small grocery shop and a few restaurants in the area. The loft is tastefully decorated, has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The host Chiara was very nice and helpful, she even picked us up at the train station when we arrived in the late evening. Highly recommended!

Negative: The ground level of the loft doesn't have the window which makes it a bit darker inside than expected but this is because of the planning of the building. During hot summer days it could be even an advantage!

Summary: Modern, clean and tastefully decorated place in great location.
