Positive: The house is perfect for the stay with family on a seaside. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 showers, fully equipped kitchen. You can also enjoy a fee parking space outside of the house, outside shower (very useful to move away sand after beach), barbecue place, beach chair and sunbed, table with chairs, nice grass spot with pinea. All windows have mosquitoes nets (however I didn’t notice them outside), so you can always keep windows open, and there is a sea breeze, so we practically don’t use air conditioning even in August. There were 4 of us, we spent 11 nights and our additional cost for water, gas and electricity was less than 70€. The beach is 2-3 minutes walk. There is free space there as well as you can rent umbrella + 2 sunbeds for just 10€. The beach has sand, without stones, even small ones, sea is shallow, perfect for kids. There is a beautiful rock nearby with small beach, you can easily reach just going in water (it is not deep near the shore line). You’d better to have car, because nearby in walking distance you have only bakery and in 15-20 minites walk some restaurants. But with a car everything is in 10 minutes ride: nice small old towns, big shopping mall. There is about an hour to get to Napoli and big outlets on it suburbs. Rental company personal are very friendly, always ready to help, send us useful tips about nearby places.
